In this study, hot air drying (HAD), hot air-/microwave-assisted vacuum drying (HAMAVD) and hot air-assisted microwave drying (HAAMD) were applied to lactic acid-fermented Pyracantha fortuneana fruit (PFF). Influences of different drying methods on fluidity and dispersion, microstructure, hygroscopicity, rehydration, colour change, sourness and energy consumption were investigated. Results showed that HAAMD had the best overall performance on the quality of the PFF powder. HAAMD PFF powder had higher expansion force (1.65 mL g−1) and water-holding capacity (2.68 g g−1), lower degree of compression (9.09%) and energy consumption, smaller colour change and better taste. Organic acids (mainly malic acids) of all drying powders decreased, but HAAMD and HAMAVD could better improve the acidity characteristics of PFF powders, which may be related to the drying time and the temperature change processes. Fe-2Cu-0.8C powder mixes were prepared by a wet mixing and spray-drying process using iron, copper, graphite and zinc stearate as main raw materials, and stearic acid, alcohol wax and amide wax as binders. The properties of the as-prepared binder treated powder mixes were investigated. The bonding efficiency of the binders was tested by measure the retention of graphite and copper in the powder mixes after dusting resistance test. The test results show that the wet mixing and spray-drying process can realise the bonding of different particles and improve processing properties of the powder mixes. A flow rate of 30.6?s/50?g and an apparent density of 3.18?g/cm3 were obtained for powder mixes with alcohol wax as binder. The results of dusting resistance test demonstrated that alcohol wax and amide wax have better bonding effect for Cu and graphite powders, respectively, which was reflected by the difference value of electronegativity between Fe, Cu, C elements and functional groups. Compared with mechanically mixing powder mixes, using binder treated powder mixes can also reduce the friction coefficient during compaction by 0.012–0.026. High-entropy alloys (HEAs) have attracted a great deal of interest over the last 14 years. One reason for this level of interest is related to these alloys breaking the alloying principles that have been applied for many centuries. Thus, HEAs usually possess a single phase (contrary to expectations according to the composition of the alloy) and exhibit a high level of performance in different properties related to many developing areas in industry. Despite this significant interest, most HEAs have been developed via ingot metallurgy. More recently, powder metallurgy (PM) has appeared as an interesting alternative for further developing this family of alloys to possibly widen the field of nanostructures in HEAs and improve some capabilities of these alloys. 以1-甲基咪唑和氯代正丁烷为原料,合成1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐离子液体;以醋酸锌[Zn(Ac)2]、硫酸锌(ZnSO4)和氯化锌(ZnCl2)为锌源,在1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐离子液体和丙氨酸体系中与硝酸铈反应,经水热合成法制备得到Ce掺杂的纳米ZnO。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见光吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)和红外光谱(FT-IR)对产品进行表征。以亚甲基蓝(MB)为目标降解物,采用UV-Vis检测,考察了Ce掺杂的纳米ZnO的光催化活性。研究表明,焙烧温度对光催化的晶体结构和光催化活性产生较大的影响;2%Ce/ZnO、焙烧温度为500℃、催化时间为30 min、亚甲基蓝用量0.05 g、pH值为10时降解率可达99.5%以上。 相似文献

采用等离子堆焊技术在H13钢基体表面上制备了Ni60A/Cr3C2堆焊覆层,研究了覆层的磨损行为和热疲劳性能。在600 ℃下销盘试验的结果表明,镍基碳化铬复合覆层的耐磨性是Ni60A堆焊覆层的2.8倍和基材H13钢的11.6倍。镍基覆层可以显著降低H13钢的摩擦因数,加入碳化铬则会削弱覆层的摩擦性能。随着磨损的进行,主要磨损机理从氧化磨损演变为磨粒磨损和粘着磨损。在800 ℃到室温下的热疲劳测试结果表明,镍基碳化铬复合覆层在48个热循环后疲劳裂纹达到200 μm,早于镍基覆层的62次。这说明高温氧化促进热疲劳裂纹的产生。碳化铬增强相从镍基上剥离,导致镍基复合覆层热疲劳性能下降。 相似文献

Manganese oxide catalysts have been synthesized from the used batteries via hydrometallurgical method and effect of hydrometallurgical parameters such as the effect of acid type (H2SO4, HNO3, HCl), acid concentration (0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 %v/v) and powder to acid ratio (1/50, 1/60, 1/70, 1/80) were in detail investigated. The physico-chemical properties of as-prepared catalysts were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, FESEM, EDX, BET, TEM, and TPR-H2 analysis. The activity of as-prepared catalysts were investigated towards the oxidation of benzene, toluene, and xylene (BTX) in a plasma-catalytic process. The results show that benzene and toluene conversion were almost constant in the range of 97–98% in case of various acid types, acid concentrations and solid to liquid ratios. However, the xylene conversion were varied in case of different hydrometallurgical factors. The highest xylene conversion was obtained in the presence of MnS0.5–60, which was prepared using H2SO4 with concentration of 0.5%v/v and solid to liquid ratio of 1/60. The effect of the input voltage and BTX flow rate on the BTX conversion was also investigated using MnS0.5–60 catalyst in detail. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe sintering behaviour of LaFe11.0Si1.2Co0.8 powder produced by gas atomisation was examined to provide a basis for the application of powder metallurgical shaping technologies to magnetocaloric La(Fe,Si)13-alloys. The aim was to establish sintering parameters for attaining both high densification and good magnetocaloric properties for the investigated particle sizes <10 µm and <25?µm. Dilatometry measurements and sintering trials were carried out and density, microstructure and entropy change ΔS of the sintered samples were analysed. For the fine particles <10?µm, the lowest investigated sintering temperature 1150°C results in a relative density of 97%, a low α-Fe content and a high ΔS?=??5?J?kg?1?K?1 (ΔH=2?T).
